Handling 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. If there is a delay in processing or a product is out of stock, Ivory Billiards will contact you to discuss a refund or ask whether you would prefer to wait until the product is back in stock.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1–7 business days, depending on the shipping option purchased by the customer. If a product is damaged during the shipping process, please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy for information about refunds. To help us process your claim, please provide photos of the damage as proof.
