Return and Exchange Policy 

All products have a 30 money back guarantee from the purchase date with proof of purchase. Products must be unused to qualify for a return. If a product is defective, you must provide photos of the defect and return the product to be eligible for an exchange or a full refund. Ivory Billiards does not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. For Iwan Simonis billiard cloth products, all oversized 8-foot cloth orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
